We offer a variety of services in different categories (visualization, design, drafting, etc), and here you can see the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Q – Can you help me to create my file / plans / project? Can I ask you for an estimate?
A - Yes, indeed! No job is too big or too small for us. Just email us at punchhelpers@punchhelpers.com and let us know about your necessities.
Q – Are your services expensive? How do you calculate your fees?
A - Our services are usually inexpensive. Our fees are based on the number of hours needed to complete the job.
Q – What type of files do you provide?
A - The PRO files that we develop allow for a complete 2D and 3D work, because we create the model and the components (floors, walls, etc.) accurately and perfectly finished. In this way, you will open the exact 2D / 3D model of your project in your computer and you will be able to edit / modify / move / print all the elements, change textures, elevations or colors of each component in each room, and of course check the project's interferences before the real construction begins.
We also provide OBJ, DWG and PDF files as well as ready to print elements.
All of our services are professionally developed and include our personal assistance to install the files and / or to start with the file operation.
Q - What do you need to create an estimate?
A - As each project is different from the other, and usually they include custom properties, we calculate our fees on a case-by-case basis. So, it will be useful if you could send us the available information about your project such as existing files (PRO, DWG, PDF, etc.), an image of the floorplan and elevation, or sketches, pictures, etc. Don't worry about the quality. A better understanding of your necessities helps us to craft a better and less expensive proposal. Also, please include the name and version number of the program that you are using (On PC you will find this info in the main menu =>Help =>About… On Mac this info is on the title menu =>About…).
Q – Can you tell me about your training services?
A - We provide online one-on-one training sessions. The lessons are provided using Skype (a free communication tool), using the written chat option. This is very convenient for you, because you can save the chat / contents and use them for future reference. We have a flexible schedule. Each lesson includes a time for Q&A. We have two options:
Modules: you choose a project, and we develop the model online. This is the usual procedure: you choose a house (basic model, 3 levels) and we will teach you how to develop it. Usually it takes six modules / lessons (each lesson takes around 1.5 to 2 hours).
Hourly packages: you can buy the hourly package. We have different options, and you define the content as well as the duration of the lessons.
Q – I'm not sure what type of services I need. Can you send me different prices and options?
A - Of course. We will be glad to send you a proposal with different modules: for a complete or partial project, including / excluding certain elements, so you can select among the different services and fees.
Q – Can you tell me your payment conditions?
A – Once we agree on the desired services and the fee, you can proceed to the Payments page of our website, where you can pay the amount using either PayPal or your Debit or Credit Card: just enter the description of services, the amount to pay, and select the desired option.
